TEMPLAR PHOENIX LITERARY REVIEW was an online outlet for fine literature, particularly poetry, also short fiction, book reviews, graphic arts, and photographs which have artistic merit. We looked for literary quality, not restricted to metrical styles nor by particular categories or topics.
