Filmmaker Statement

Breakfast started as a small flame that I felt desperate to share. After building the world of Breakfast, Ben Keller was attached as co-director to help see the vision made properly and direct myself (Jake Whitford) on portraying the lead. I wanted to tell a story that speaks of coming to a stand still in a career. No matter how good at it you might be, if you don't feel fulfilled or if you can't take it anymore...how long is it before the situation takes control of you.
