Cadillac: A Mobster Fairy Tale is a true passion project and labor of love for me. Bringing together my admiration of classic gangster films and my strong connection with Italian-American culture, this is an homage to the early filmography of Martin Scorsese, particularly Goodfellas and Mean Streets. Attempting to capture the visual and thematic aesthetics of those films was a challenging goal that the incredible production team pounced on and executed on every level. This film was shot entirely in Boston's historic Italian neighborhood the North End where some of my earliest childhood memories took place while visiting my grandmother. Helming such a production in the streets where my father and his family grew up for many generations was an inspiring, full-circle experience that I'm so excited to share with others.
