Filmmaker Statement

"Everything is Fine" is a movie about running away from responsibilities. It's about the urge to choose what's easy, but not necessarily right. It's about the times when we get lost and we don't realise that, but when we do – it's too late to change anything about it. This movie is set in an environment that I used to be a part of. The story is inspired by events that actually happened, and the struggle of the protagonist, trapped in meaninglessness of his existence, is a struggle that many people have to face each day.
