With HELLHOUND, I set out to tell a story where tension speaks louder than dialogue. Inspired by the mood and pacing of classic mafia cinema, I wanted to explore power, identity, and desperation through a minimal lens — two men, one room, and an unspoken war coming to a head. Billiards became the perfect visual metaphor: cold geometry, calculated moves, and the illusion of control. There’s something inherently cinematic about it — the way it mirrors conflict without needing to say a word. This film is about a man caught between obedience and liberation, between silence and eruption - forced to confront the cost of breaking free when loyalty has become a leash. HELLHOUND is stripped down and raw by design. No indulgence, no filler — just a sharp, burning moment where everything either changes or ends. I made this film to chase that moment.
