When I was nine years old I convinced my parents to let me take home a calzone from our local pizzeria and keep it as my pet. For three days it served as a loyal companion until the smell of rotting cheese and tomatoes was too much to bear. This film is loosely based off of this personal experience, and is also a tribute to all those unconventional friendships we encounter in life.
