Filmmaker Statement

An hour north of Vancouver, BC sits an abandoned copper mine and smelter. I often thought it would make a fantastic location for the right film. Once I combined that with my interest and experience in the psychological effects and reactions to extreme trauma and profound grief, Killing Georgia Jones was born. -Andrew Gallerani
