Kiri and The Girl is based on the experience of Tlingit artist Kiri Geen and how she reconnected to and reclaimed her Indigenous heritage. Told as a fairytale, young Kiri navigates the loss of her mother while being guided by totems and animal spirits to finding her true connection to her mother and her Indigeneity.
