Filmmaker Statement

'Looking Back' was a, as so many stories are, an exploration of how my own relationship with my father had broken down and my feelings toward him decade after decade. I was grateful for the kick up the ass to make this film by getting involved in the 48 Hour Film Project and then spending some months following revisiting the footage, sound mix and pace to make it more inline with that original vision.
