Filmmaker Statement

Lost in the Sky follows the story of a robot who dreams of achieving his calling and the sacrifices he must make to get there. The robot's journey mirrors my own experience of making this film. I have spent six years working on it, sometimes at the expense of my health. I have often questioned whether the sacrifices I have made were worth it. However, the robot's determination to achieve his dream ultimately impacts another human's life in a profound way. I don't provide a definitive answer as to whether it's worth it or not, but I hope that the film will touch viewers, inspire other filmmakers, and help them find their own answers within themselves.
