Ian Dowe was born in Jamaica, moved to London as a child, and went on to become a world champion bodybuilder. He now owns an old-school bodybuilding gym in North London, but has recently fallen on hard times. Despite these challenges, Ian remains the positive force he’s always been, with the heart of a champion. We think that's something to be celebrated, and hope to do that with this film.
