I got the inspiration to make this film ironically from a fortune cookie. One day I got a fortune that made me ponder what if the fortunes that people got came true almost immediately? That was the inception of the idea and it grew from there. After months and years of working on the story it became this film. I wanted to make a character drama taking some inspiration from my favorite Twilight Zone and Black Mirror episodes. This film is a character study of how oneself can truly get lost in his own world and beliefs.
