Spacetime Chronicles marks a personal evolution in my animation journey. While my commissioned works have been featured at festivals such as the Ottawa International Animation Festival, this film represents my most intimate and authorial project to date. It reflects on the idea that meaning in life does not lie in a final destination, but in the journey itself: in imperfect choices, in pauses, in uncertainties that force us to begin again. Fred drifts through a liminal space between dream and reality, surrounded by suspended moments, unfinished encounters, and symbolic figures — including a cat that embodies his unconscious. Handcrafted paper animation was the most direct way to convey that fragility and inner chaos. There is no single answer, no ultimate revelation. Meaning is found in the act of moving forward — embracing doubt and discovering beauty in the in-between.
