Filmmaker Statement

This film was conceptualized and then written in the span of two nights. I wish I could say the producing and editing was done just as fast, but alas problems always seem to get in the way. I am very proud of what I was able to create in this simple story and I hope it is something that viewers enjoy. I feel the interaction between the two main characters in this film is both relatable and comedic in a simple and endearing way. I would like to thank the owner of Maple Laundromart for letting me use her business for a few nights after closing to film this project as well as all my friends who were able to hold boom mics and rig lights for free---I hope the pizza at the end made it worth it.
