Filmmaker Statement

With Halloween being my favorite holiday, my goal with this short film was to capture the essence of this spooky season, while also evoking a sense of fear. Something as innocuous as carving a jack-o-lantern can also be inherently creepy and disturbing from the right perspective. I used the magic of filmmaking and editing to, hopefully, achieve that!
