Filmmaker Statement

As a filmmaker, I'm drawn to characters that seemingly vanish within the fabric of society. With 'Push to Enter' I wanted to explore the invisible struggles of those we might only encounter briefly and examine how mounting pressures could force someone to grapple with their own morality. I employed a 4:3 aspect ratio to evoke a sense of intimacy akin to a portrait, aiming to remind the audience of the fine line between hope and despair, and the bonding power of empathy in overcoming our individual challenges.
