Ash is as real as everything else in Kai's world, it’s everyone else that can’t see it....they wouldn’t understand even if they could.
Grief takes on many forms - most of it subconscious and beyond our control. I made this film explore the complexity of a situation that we all eventually go though. One that sometimes offers moments of clarity and courage within the sadness.
