Filmmaker Statement

In real life, our friendship has helped us through so many of life’s random challenges, not just as filmmakers, but as human beings. Since meeting in an acting class in 2010, we’ve gravitated toward stories that reflect the special bond we have, and comedy proved to be the most natural form for that bond to take on the page and on screen. Now, more than ever, with people’s social lives suffering through strange, dark times, we believe our friendship—as off the rails as it gets in our sketches—can be a beacon to remind the world that things are always brighter when standing beside a trusted pal.
