Filmmaker Statement

There may be someone in your life who has altered it for good. They may have done something small to spite you, or, at the other end of the spectrum, caused you significant trauma. Regardless of the circumstance, it's easy to hold a grudge against that person; you may even want them to experience pain on the same level they caused you, or worse. I hope The Cobbler's Son shows this: we all have a choice. There's a fork in the road, and we control our path. You could take the path of grudge and revenge or choose to forgive the one person who hurt you the most.
