I think from the first day I met Heather, I could immediately feel her passion for her work. As a creative, I think we're always looking for purpose in our work and what we create. The more we learned about Heather, her journey, and her mission, the more we felt like this was a story more people needed to hear and maybe draw their own inspiration from. We wanted to show the creative process unfold and as the story itself did to mirror that journey of finding yourself in the process of finding the piece of art. The result is a film that we're really proud of, about a women who is driving change not just at home, but thousands of miles away in Goma, DRC
