Dating back to the 1800s THE GREEN RIBBON folktale has haunted people for generations -- so I was beyond thrilled to have directed this chilling, campy twist on the classic story. Through this film I had the chance to explore the perils of vanity and touch on themes of female beauty standards, all within the landscape of a horror film.
