“THE SOUTH BANK”
A robber is being tipped off about a cranny appartment, which is being used to store objects of high value. While searching it, our 2nd class hero is being caught in the act and tries to escape.
Shooting "THE SOUTH BANK" was a decision I made after hearing about a short film challenge by the Filmmaking Collective in Lisbon. The following props had to appear as part of the rules: teddy bear, salt and a deodorant spray. So I came up with the idea of robbing an appartment and place them all there. Throughout the filming process (it is my first short) I learned a lot from all participants and tried to involve everyone's opinion. The two hardest pills to swallow were sound and the time for the post production and in particular building the last scene. I hope you enjoy the outcome! :-)
