What's that feeling you've pushed to the back of your mind? That you're trying desperately to ignore? Oh, yes - the world is ending. Maybe we'll all be nuked, or wiped out by another virus, or maybe we'll stick it out long enough for climate change to finally get us. It doesn't really matter, does it? "To the Brink" is my attempt to bottle this sentiment into a film that is poignant but cheeky, addressing post-lockdown (and pre-apocalypse) mental health in a way that laughs into the void and revels in the futility of it all.
