Filmmaker Statement

Our film is ultimately a feel-good comedy about how to love yourself even when the world won't love you back. Trundle brings joy to people’s lives, but because of who he is, he imagines that he can't take credit for it. This theme struck a chord with our diverse group of filmmakers. Anyone who has ever felt “othered” understands Trundle’s plight. If you gain nothing else from TRUNDLE, we hope you at least leave with the knowledge that everyone has the right to chase their dreams. Even Trundle. Even you.
