Filmmaker Statement

To me, family isn't just the bond we're born into but also the connections we forge, nurture, and sometimes, painfully, let go. Saying goodbye is never easy, and the fleeting nature of some connections underscores the very essence of being human. Such ephemeral ties and the pangs of parting are inherent to the journey of growing up. Our project is not just an ode to childhood, but a reminder to cherish every bond formed along the way of growing up.
