With just over 2000 hectares of vines, the Jura is one of France’s smallest wine regions and yet, Jura wines are sommelier favorites around the globe. Curious to learn more, I headed to the Jura in the summer of 2021 to get some vineyard dirt under my fingers and tell the stories of top, local wineries (Stéphane Tissot, Jean Macle, Domaine Baud).
