This started out as a project to test Kodak's re-release of Ektachrome 100 for S16 about 4 years ago. And it turned into a fun short that wasn't finished by Halloween, or the next one, or the next one, or the next one. There's nothing scarier than getting a bunch of friends out to work on something and then never finishing it. So welcome to my nightmare. The goal was to make a textured and heavily stylized horror vignette on a single roll of Ektachrome 100D that is cross-processed. Think of a blend between a Chris Cunningham Video and an old informative PSA from the 50s.
