'A Fermenting Woman' will be my first project as a director, and as I step into the role of the creator, I think of the main character Marielle, an artist in the kitchen, whose urge to create is tied to her survival, forged through hard work, sacrifice and a burning desire to produce something meaningful (and a bit uncomfortable) to share with others.
