Filmmaker Statement

The film was made in response to a brief within Blue-Zoo Productions; to tell a true story using real-time rendering technology. I was reading a lot of news articles to find inspiration and when I finally came across Ada's story I couldn't believe it had been so forgotten. The more I researched, the more I realised how emotional her struggle was and I became compelled to pitch it to the studio and won the chance to direct it.
