Filmmaker Statement

It's no secret that narratives about queer women are underrepresented in Hollywood and it's rare for me to see a film or television show that properly depicts my life as a gay woman. I'm eager to bring a genuine voice to the screen and entertain a wide audience with stories that are stylish, exciting, and provocative. "Beverly Heights" is one of those stories. This is a story about somebody who dreams, falls in love, and who deeply wants to be true to themselves- just like all of us. I believe now more than ever stories like this are vital to our culture and I can't wait to share it with the world.
