Angelika began her film career in London as a signed director where she did music videos, commercials & art films. Before going to film school she worked exclusively at the media company VICE & i-D. Her documentary PAPPA was acclaimed and shortlisted for the Swedish academy awards 2019. With a sense of rhythm, humor and strong visual style, Angelika's films explore the boundaries between ugliness & beauty, pleasure & pain, with a craving for a little blood and always with a twinkle in the eye.
