Filmmaker Statement

In our last year of college, my fellow film major friends and me were tasked with making one final film, bigger than anything any of us had ever made before. While all of our colleagues were making dramas, we decided to go against the grain and roll the dice on something a bit more "weird" and thus, Day Flippers was born. A semi-found-footage-horror-comedy inspired by films like Grave Encounters and Ghostwatch, blended with our collectively twisted sense of humor. We hope you have as good of a time watching it as we did making it.
