Filmmaker Statement

Directors Statement - After working with the writer of ‘Double Yellows’, Oliver Bowler, on a previous film in which he was my lead actor, I was eager to hear that he was working on a script for a comedy film. Being one of the most naturally funny people I’ve had the pleasure to work with, I knew it’d be a brilliant script, so I was delighted when Oliver asked if I’d like to direct. Being able to work with him in a more substantial manner was great fun, and having a brilliant cast and crew capable of pulling it off was even better. We all shared a clear goal of leaving people with a smile on their faces, and we hope that shines through the film.
