We wanted to create an intimate window into this real couples life, and bring up authentic issues and conversations. The film was fully improvised with gentle steering from the director. A lot of the story and arc was crafted during the edit. We all really had to let go of our ideas of our roles to be collaborative and open into how this came to be.
