No budget short filmmaking - no actors - no film equipment- no budget - only free stock footage. Hello, my name is Vici Howard and I'm an independent filmmaker rising to the challenge of creating thoughtful content and visual storytelling with limited resources. The only cost was the use of a music subscription, other than that, only free stock footage was used. After making my first short "The Singles" (currently in film festival limbo) had a budget of $7k, I was temporarily out of cash however, the need to create more content was my Jones and I needed another fix. The use of free stock footage is my methadone.
