Ellie is a short film that starts from a perspective of a vegetative patient. A man, drowned so deep in his dream, incapable of remembering his reality. The film is separated into two sequences. One - the reality - which is the part where the main character, Daniel’s sister sits by his bed and reads him a story. A story about a brother and a sister who had an alcoholic father. On the other hand, Daniel is still living his dream life. He started picking up bits of the story in his dream, an. From the story, he started to pick up flashbacks of his reality. During the film, Daniel gradually realizes that there is something off with the dream state he had been living in for years.
