Filmmaker Statement

All too often we see films talking about how bad A.I. is and how it will take over the world. I wanted to show a different side. How if we teach A.I. to be more human, to care about humanity, we can live along side them. This is a story of loss and grief that pushed someone to try to recreate their dead wife. Only to realize that, through his loss, he's done something much bigger. Taught an A.I. to feel. In so doing, he is able to accept his loss and begin to move on with his life. I think it's a beautiful story about love, loss, and what comes next.
