This film was inspired by several things: the pandemic doldrums and the desire to experiment with a new medium of filmmaking being paramount. Whim Hof was also a massive inspiration. I've been fascinated with his breath work and mental health practice for years now, and he felt like the perfect archetype from which to craft a larger-than-life cartoon character.
