I wrote this short little script a long time ago and have been wanting to shoot it for a while, but life priorities and school got in the way of being able to find the time. But in the last week before heading out to college, I gathered my family and we got this film shot and in the can in the span of two afternoons. No rehearsal time led to improvised dialogue, and rushed setups with a quickly setting sun. However with all these restrictions, I am extremely happy with the movie and how it turned out. Heavily inspired by shows and films in the likes of Better Call Saul, Fargo, No Country For Old Men. It was shot entirely on a Lumix G9 Mirrorless camera on a tripod, and a shotgun microphone. My family was incredible to put up with me for those hours, they are the best. Hope you enjoy!
