I Dare You is Alex Hodgson’s first Directorial debut. Her obsession with film and television started when she was a young child, watching and re-watching (sometimes more than 20 times) her most favourite movies. "I must have watched Spielberg’s E.T. at least 40 times in my 25 years of being alive" Re-enacting entire films with her Barbie dolls, word for word, or even performing skits and making up plays for her family and friends, she always enjoyed story telling and entertainment. One Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts later, she began working her way up in the film industry as a PA, and now currently works as an Assistant Director on the CW’s TV Series, The Flash. She continues to write her own short films and feature lengths scripts and her mind never strays away from her dream of writing and directing her own films.
