Filmmaker Statement

Artists on all levels experience self-doubt, which is totally normal, because as human beings, fear is an essential part of our survival and evolution. However, these fears are not normally shared or openly discussed, because as artists, we have to keep a certain image as industry professionals. But this contradicts with the true essence of being an artist, and ends up in having fake personas, and artworks that are well crafted, but pretentious. My main motive behind doing this film is: to present artists in their true skin as human beings, and let them share what they might not normally share as professionals to their audience. And I believe this might also work as a pat on the back to anyone whenever they struggle with the creative process.
