Filmmaker Statement

With only my laptop and a couple of YouTube videos in my head, I began my journey into filmmaking with no idea what I was doing. Each day I learned more and more, talking to industry professionals, looking at countless resumes, and talking to actors across the country. I have been involved in all stages of production and have come to appreciate its importance. My first short film would not have been possible without the actors, family members, friends, and crew. Never in a million years would I have imagined that I would learn so much, create so much, and dedicate so much time to this project, and I'm glad I did.
