For my second short film I wanted to do something that could’ve been a Twilight Zone episode. I wanted to tackle a story about love and loss and how closure isn’t always what it seems. Lifelike , shot on a Canon t2i with no budget, was outside of my comfort zone as far as genre and I enjoyed the challenge. It sparked an interest in me to explore other genres that I am not versed in. In the end, I have become a little more ‘Lifelike.’ Lifelike has also inspired me to write an anthology feature film centered around the new technology norms of current society.
