Filmmaker Statement

I'm a producer with many years of experience, but recently I've been transitioning into working as a director. Despite already having some decent directing credits on my resume, as I was looking for new work the common refrain was "You should make a short!" What about my actual TV experience? "Short!!" Rather than let my frustrations calcify into resentment, I channeled my energy into writing, directing, and producing this film: my sincere - if slightly salty - love letter to Hollywood.
