Filmmaker Statement

Our vision for Minutes was to depict the queer experience in a truly authentic way. We did this by developing the script and characters with the actors, through a series of improvisation workshops. We then brought this flexibility to the shoot, as well as an intentionally diverse cast and crew who each contributed to creating a playful and caring set. We believe this led to the honest, dynamic and joyful performances that you see in Minutes.
