Filmmaker Statement

New York is Expensive, Melinda is Cheap, is a film taken from my own personal experience of being financially challenged all thru-out my twenties in New York, while still attempting to make use of what New York had to offer, add imagination. New York has always been a playground for the rich, now more than ever, but that doesn't make its pleasures unattainable. Everything was shot in Manhattan.
