Anger can be a powerful, dangerous and stupefying force. It can erupt seemingly out of nowhere, like a long dormant volcano suddenly spewing molten destruction in every direction. It can be difficult to share what we're going through with those we truly care for most. It's almost impossible sometimes. But sometimes uncomfortable self-reflection is the only way to begin to heal...and sometimes it's not the right time at all.
