Filmmaker Statement

Please Don’t Lick The Psychedelic Toad came from a dark yet hopeful time in my life after a difficult relationship. To cope, I turned to film, creating a story about love and letting go with trippy, psychedelic visuals. The script was deeply personal, and I was scared to share it, but I wanted to challenge myself as a director. Despite the hurdles, my amazing cast and crew brought my vision to life. After months of uncertainty, their dedication turned my personal struggle into something beautiful.
