Filmmaker Statement

An ode to changing times & changing narratives. What had started as an actual conversation with a close friend, the grimmest man I know, blurting the words - 'I like Taylor Swift' out and shocking the life out of me, left me contemplating about all the why's and how's of our Anthropocene. I chose a direct & light-hearted approach in film to contradict the otherwise heavy, meta-modern landscape we're in. Mumbai, like the rest of the world, is polarized by Taylor Swift.
