Filmmaker Statement

‘text me when you’re gone’ explores the female voice in a more abstract way. Based on of personal experiences I hope the film feels somewhat like a personal diary, forging a sense of intimacy between the viewer and the film. I place more emphasis on creating a certain atmosphere through the combined visuals and sound design. Symbolic repetition serves as a pivotal component in the film's meaning, encouraging viewers to reflect upon its significance.
